Good to know before you send.

When do I get paid?

Typically 3–7 business days after the auction ends — once the buyer has paid and the sale clears. You'll get a statement showing the sale price, the rate applied, and your payout, followed by the funds.

Why is the rate over 100%?

You're paid a percentage of the sale price. Separately, the winning buyer pays a 20% premium on top. Because that premium isn't coming out of your share, your payout can land above 100% of what the card sold for. Example: a card sells for $1,000, the buyer pays $1,200, and you receive $1,120 — 112% of the sale price.

How are my cards marketed?

Beyond the auction platform itself, every card valued at $500 or more is promoted to our Instagram audience of 50,000+ collectors — real, targeted eyes on your card from people who actually buy.

Do you take raw (ungraded) cards?

Yes. Raw cards go through a short authentication step — about 4–5 extra days — before they're listed, so buyers bid with confidence. We'll also flag when a card is worth grading first because it changes the number.

What if my card doesn't sell?

Nothing changes hands and you owe nothing. We'll talk through re-listing at a different reserve, adjusting the auction, or returning the card to you.
